1 Samuel 16:7: For the Lord does not see as man sees; for man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.”

Apostle David Steward was blessed at the age of four to have Jesus come sit at the foot of his bed and talk with him. He was anointed and filled with the Holy Spirit at the young age of ten. The indwelling of the Holy Spirit was evident by his speaking in tongues. The seed was planted and rooted at Calvary Pentecostal Church in cleveland, Ohio. Although, he went astray for many years from the lack of support in the household from his father and the powerful pull from the streets of . He survived many situations that should have taken his life but the power of God shielded him. Almost twenty years ago Apostle David Steward had a dream, and in the dream, he was a Pastor. On the same night, his beautiful and supportive mother had the same dream. Years later he planned to attend Seminary School but with the troubles of life, he did not attend. Over ten years ago he met the love of his life Apostle Kendrea Steward. God quickly united them together as one in marriage. They have two beautiful children Victory Steward age five and Josiah Steward age three. Apostle David Steward displayed his gratitude to the Lord for the blessings He bestowed upon his life by turning his heart entirely back to God. He faithfully attended church, grew spiritually and served as a deacon. He had a strong desire to attend Seminary School but with his demanding schedule as a Crane Operator at a Steel Plant in Amherst, Ohio his schedule did not permit.
Apostle David Steward was challenged in 2015 to activate his faith with his wife as God birthed The Glory Impact Center. Through the birth of the ministry, he fully accepted the call of the Apostle in his life. Building a church from the ground up came with many challenges and in the midst, God was building him up and increasing his faith.
At the beginning of 2017, he became ill on his job and was unable to return. He has since found peace and refuge in fulfilling his full-time Pastoral role. He attended Moore Counseling in cleveland, Ohio and received his Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant certification. He is a certified Peer Support Specialist, sitting on the Community Circle with Lorain Board of Alcohol & Drug Addictions and Lorain Board of Mental Health. He is very passionate about going inside Ohio prisons to give the prisoners hope by sharing his testimony. He is developing a Re-entry Program through his Prison Ministry to provide resources to reduce recidivism. Apostle David Steward is currently working on his bachelor’s degree in biblical studies.
Apostle David Steward followed the voice of God by relocating The Glory Impact Center to Amherst, Ohio in August of 2017. He is very grateful for the opportunity to minister and help individuals in his old community. He is a massive advocate for outreach ministry and ministering to the lost especially young men and street guys. God has given him a unique anointing to reach people right where they are without judgment.
Apostle David Steward was elected as 1st Presiding Bishop of RDLI where he was scheduled for ordination April of 2018. Apostle David Steward turned down the offer to follow the true call of God on his life to walk in the apostolic. He strongly relates to the life of the Apostle Paul and will walk as Apostle David Steward.
